1. Our Commitment At Zvyaar, we take pride in delivering premium quality fragrances. Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Returns on Opened Products Due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unsealed items. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons and applies to all orders.

3. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund We will accept a return or issue a refund only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product (broken bottle, leaking seal)
  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered

4. How to Raise a Complaint If your order qualifies under the above conditions, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Send clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product

Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.

5. Refund Process Once your complaint is verified and approved:

  • COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days
  • Online payments (Safepay): Refund will be reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

6. Exchange Policy In eligible cases, we may offer an exchange for the same product (subject to availability) instead of a refund, at our discretion.

7. Non-Returnable Conditions We will not process returns or refunds if:

  • The product has been opened or used
  • The complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • No photo/video evidence is provided
  • The product was purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless damaged/wrong)

8. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order.
