SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: July 7, 2026

1. Where We Ship Zvyaar currently delivers across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders above PKR 2,500
  • Standard delivery fee: PKR 250 on orders below PKR 2,500
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional handling fee depending on the courier

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer COD across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is returned due to non-availability or refusal, future orders from the same customer may require advance payment.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

8. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph the package immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

9. Incorrect Address Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. Zvyaar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
